As part of the LLM in International Tax Law, the Centre for Commercial Law Studies at Queen Mary University of London offers modules covering various ADIT modules.
Tax modules may be taken as part of the LLM in International Tax Law or the Postgraduate Diploma in International Tax Law. LLM students writing a dissertation on a tax topic may submit the dissertation in satisfaction of the ADIT Extended Essay option, subject to approval of the extended essay topic.
The LLM in International Tax Law and the Postgraduate Diploma in International Tax Law at Queen Mary are designed for law graduates, but tax professionals with suitable experience or background may be admitted on a case-by-case basis.
