University of Aberdeen

The University of Aberdeen is one of the most ancient universities in the UK, with law being taught there since 1495. The School of Law often ranks in the Top 10 UK law schools. The school offers a wide variety of degrees, including LLBs, masters degrees (both taught and research), PhDs, and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice.

Located in the energy capital of Europe, the School is particularly distinguished for its energy law. In particular, research in taxation of the oil and gas industries is vigorously pursued in the School.
