Budget 2024 inheritance tax and domicile proposals

The Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) have submitted a paper to HMRC and HM Treasury outlining our thoughts and concerns about the proposed change of the IHT assessment basis from domicile to one of UK residence.
