Around 4 weeks before the exams, a Windows test version of Exam4 will be available and you must practice using Exam4.

What to do in the highly unlikely event your devices crashes
In the unlikely event you have issues at the Test Centre, immediately make the Invigilator aware of what has happened.
There are simple steps to re-open your exam from where you left off, see the video below. Any issues would be reported by the Invigilator to the CIOT so that appropriate action could be taken.
