HMRC Compliance Professional Standards - Agent Webinars

HMRC’s Compliance Professional Standards were published on GOV.UK for the first time in July 2023. HMRC are running two agent webinars about the Standards which will explain how HMRC compliance staff within the Customer Compliance Group (CCG) use the Standards to carry out their work. They will cover:

• What the Compliance Professional Standards are and how they link to the HMRC Charter
• Why HMRC have published them and their continued work in this area
• How to feedback on the standard of service using HMRC’s compliance check exit survey

Two webinars are scheduled:

• 8 December 2023 - 09:45-10:45
• 15 December 2023 - 15:45-16:45

The webinars will be recorded so that they will be available to view at any time. Further live webinars are also planned for February 2024.
