HMRC One to Many Letter and Business Asset Disposal Relief lifetime limits

HMRC have released final versions of letters being sent to taxpayers whom HMRC believe have either exceeded the Business Asset Disposal Relief (BADR) £1million lifetime limit with a 2023/24 claim, or had already exceeded it prior to that claim.
