Technical submission to HMRC - Finance Bill 2024-25 Clauses 37-46 and Schedules 8-13

The Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) Private Client (International) Committee has submitted a response to the draft legislation concerning the changes for the non-domicile and remittance regime, following an HMRC sub-group meeting on 18 November 2024 (see here for HMRC meeting minutes).
