Work-life balance
Flexible working - We are open to applications for flexible working* so that employees can work towards a positive work-life balance. This includes working hours or locations such as remote or hybrid working (dependent on a dedicated workspace and good quality broadband connections at home) or working in our London office.
*This is subject to the role, and we encourage new joiners to spend time in the office with their team members while learning the job.
Holiday time - We offer starters 22 days pa plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata for part-timers) plus up to 2 added discretionary holidays over the Christmas period.

Pensions - We have an Aviva pension scheme. If you contribute at least 3%, we can pay up to 9% of your salary directly into your fund. If you contribute through salary sacrifice, we give back half of the national insurance savings that are achieved, giving you a little more.

Income Protection - Our Income Protection scheme pays a portion of your salary each month from the 13th week of your being signed off sick due to a long-term illness or injury. Full sick pay is available in most cases during the first 13 weeks.

Christmas Party - Our last Christmas party in 2022 was at St Ermins Hotel.
Wellbeing Day - This included private health checks and a physiotherapist coming into the office.
All Employee Meeting Day - Our employee meeting day was a great success and perfect for our new joiners to meet everyone and picnic in the park.
Learning Day - This includes a range of pick and mix workshops such as effective communication, IT skills, career planning, personal development, climate change, and public speaking.
Monthly Quiz - We welcome everyone to participate in our remote, fun monthly quiz.
